Who we are

This website is operated by Bricks & Moore Property Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13970199), with registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your personal information, you can contact us at contact@bricksandmoore.com.

What personal information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us directly. Currently, the only way this happens on this website is through our contact form, where we ask for:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The message you send us

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment or financial details through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit through the contact form only to respond to your enquiry — for example, to get in touch about a property, discuss a potential project, or answer a question you’ve raised. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to keep you updated, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone else.

Our legal basis for using your information

We rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis for processing contact form submissions — specifically, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from people who have chosen to contact us. Where you give us further personal information in the course of a conversation or a potential transaction, we may also process that information on the basis of taking steps towards a contract at your request.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact form submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we’re required to keep it for longer (for example, for legal, accounting, or regulatory reasons, or because we’ve gone on to do business together, in which case normal business record-keeping periods apply).

Who we share your information with

We don’t share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your enquiry is received into our own email inbox and may be seen by the people at Bricks & Moore Property Group who need to handle it. We may also share relevant information with professional advisers (such as our solicitor or accountant) where necessary to progress a specific matter you’ve asked us about.

Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. The only cookies our website’s underlying software (WordPress) may set are strictly necessary ones needed for the site to function for logged-in administrators — these are not set for ordinary visitors browsing the site. If that ever changes (for example, if we add analytics in future), we’ll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct any information that’s inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete your information, in certain circumstances
  • Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your information, in certain circumstances
  • Ask us to provide your information to you in a portable format, in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@bricksandmoore.com. We’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the way we collect or use information changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
