Hello, I’m Anna, and I founded Bricks & Moore Property in 2022. What started as a single flip has grown into a hybrid portfolio of renovation projects across West London. From flips to BRRR’s, projects focus on adding maximum value to ensure great returns.
Already regarded as a bit of an entrepreneur, I saw the long-term wealth that property could offer. Starting from scratch, I invested in education to equip myself with the knowledge and skillset to get the most out of every property project.

Projects always focus on properties with genuine scope to add value — typically distressed flats and houses in need of modernisation and heavy renovation.
Working solely across London, projects span everything from 1-2-bed conversions, full back-to-brick renovations, loft conversions, and lease extensions. Planning applications, structural calcs and party wall awards are all part of the process on most projects.
Projects fall into one of two strategies – flips or BRRR’s. The property is either renovated and sold or renovated, refinanced and rented for long term growth.
